No it's not hear at all. there are some "tricks to the trade" involved. But it's not hard to do. And I have since put a grill on the speaker and now I have no problems at all with it. I put my golf clubs on it, groceries, etc.etc. and no worries at all.

So let me get this straight, you painted the calipers black first and they were black. ( brush on paint or spray piant?) Then you put on the decals, and after you clear coated them they turned silver?

What's up with Armour all cory?

For the hard plactic parts I use Novus #1 plastic clean & shine. Works great for clear and colored plastics. For the dash itself I have been using Armour All's new ultra gel. It's not to shiney like I think some of the others are, and seems to work great. Iv'e noticed that the material for the passenger side air bag is more like a rubber and the rest of the dash is a carbon vinyl. So if you put sort of a heavy coat on the dash and give it a few minutes to settle and dry, I go over it again with a clean microfibre and it makes it a nice mellow lustre that lasts for weeks. For cleaning around the lug nuts (when I used to have lug nuts on my car), I use these foam sponge things on a wooden stick. They worked really well for getting in there where you can't get your fingers. As for the cracked bumper, you'll have to post a pic so I can see it.

Did you take a look at the sub install I did an mine? I get more bass than I need and it takes up no trunk space at all.

The eclipse just looks stupid. I don't know, the Murano and the FX looks to much like a fat stationwagon with a Hyundai Tiberon body kit and tires that are too big. I think the Mazda CX-7 kinda falls in that catagory also, but it looks more "Aerodynamic."

Also, when I first saw the Nissan Murano, I thought Hmmmm, maybe. But as time has gone by, and I keep seeing them, and I have seen them from every angle now, I have come to the conclusion that No, it's ugly.

Ditto on the Z..... kinda looks like a shoe. Also not a fan of the X series. I can't quite explain what I don't like... just somethin' about it. Yeah, somewhere along the line, the Z, 3 series, and X all took on a mechanical fish head look. And the X-90 is one of those cars that I think the engineers found all these left over parts in the warehouse and decided what the heck, even if they only sell a few of em, atleast the warehouse will look cleaner.

I was wondering if they were going to emphasize the R in TRD later. I mean, that is where the name came from. Which is why I wondered about the 0-60 time they posted on the car. Either it's a very consertive number, or Toyota limiting the production speed of the car for some reason. But then badge it TRD? I don't know. I'm just a garage monkey. What do I know? But what I was getting is that TRD is now a new line of cars like Lexus and Scion. Not just a revamp package of exsisting platforms. I imagine that in the beginning they will use some of the exsisting line up, like Lexus did in the beginning, but as time goes by they will develope their own cars and trucks. So is this to be the "hot rod" division? I look at the line up now, Lexus is the luxury line. Toyota the mid line. Scion the pocket line, and now TRD the ????? line? But here is what puzzles me. Australia doesn't get the IS 350, only the IS 250, and now they get the TRD with 323 HP and they aren't releasing it here. How does this make sense? I guess I should have taken automobile marketing and business class in the second grade while I still had a great imagination like the rest of them.

Talking about the MB S class, the new BMW 3 series and the Z. I'm sorry, but the previous generation 3 series is way nicer looking than the new ones!!!!! I wouldn't say they are fugly, but,,,,,,,

Depending on what intake and exhaust system you go with, and how well they match each other, also, you will have to include a re-tune on the ECU if you go with all this, you can get as little as 15 hp, and as much as 30, maybe 35 hp would be doing well. I have seen some get as much as 40, but I think they started a little stronger. ( Remember, not every engine that rolls off the line produces exactly the same amount of hp after break in and wear. You'll probably spend around a grand to two on all that. And by the way, 4-6k would get you more like 200-250 hp. And you will be well within the limits of the engine. The 2jz I6 is the motor that cranked out 1000 hp in the Supra's.
