exact same thing happened to me!! but i didnt notice till i got home (bought the car in texas... drove it home to Florida) . i ended up getting it replaced. if i may suggest: alpine double din touch screen. its amazing.. and looks great in the lexus dash. i bought it about a year ago, and love it
