  2. I wouldn't recommend any non AVS suspense if you're a sensitive driver. The comfort you get with this AVS is unmatchable with others.
  3. Thanks But I swear the three button has lights. Otherwise how can you find them in the dark. Originally the light for the mirror was not working and but they were working for the fuel & trunk button. When I ask them to fix it.. the blew the trunk and fuel light and managed to the mirror light. Does anyone knows the email ID of lexus center in the US or Japan. Just to be sure.
  4. Dear All, I am looking forward for your help. I own ES300 (1999). Can anyone please send me a picture of the interior. What I am really after is whether is there a light in the button of the fuel door and trunk door and also at the knob for dash board light Lexus Center (Saudi Arabia) and I had a heated argument. They say there is no light and i told them I always had a light in those button. They have asked me to send them a photo. Can you help please. send me clear picture. I would like show them that light does work.
  5. I have the same problem. The reason is the chamber (shock absorber) is not straight. They are in negative. What you need to do is to change the Bolt with bigger one. Try to get Camry bolt. As FIRESTONE to change the bolt in the chamber.
  6. I recently had to change complete suspension of my car from Lexus Center. I own ES300 99. I am in Saudi Arabia, so the amount you will see is the conversion. I paid around $ 3,738.77 (including Labour) The price of AVS Shocks are $ 240.280 each. The front one are slight less then rear. Your other alternate is to go for Camry Shock. But then you will get a hard stiff ride (which is SPORT) mode of Lexus. Keep in mind that I paid for every thing ie, stabilizer, Engine & Gear Mounting, Rear Carriage, Driver Shaft. Its unfortunate that I could not find anyone else who can fix ES shock. That is because ES has Electronic Shock. Piece of advise, never buy a car from any ARAB. They brutally rape their car. I was foolish not to test drive my car and now end up paying for all bit & pieces.
  7. Hi All, My car has done 220,000 km - 137030 miles Can anyone advise me whether its save for me to use Tufoil - Engice Lubricating oil www.tufoil.com Has anyone used it ? It is safe for me to use it ? Warm Regards
  8. For the bush I would recommend get the Camry one. Most camry parts can used. like Brakes, lights ..bush..even shocks.. but then for shocks... you will get camry comfort
  9. Hi, You are right that the shocks i need are electrical - ie adjustable shock. Can you advise who are the OEM or who makes these shocks for lexus ? Thanks
  10. Hello I have 1999 Es300. Tell me.. do you know who makes the lexus Electric shock ? I do not wish to buy from lexus center as they are !Removed! expensive I live in Saudi. Can you advise ?
  11. Dear All Does anyone knows who are the OEM for Lexus ES300 1999 - Electric Shock. They are the AVS - Adaptive Variable Suspension Much appreciated
  12. :chairshot: Dear All, The shocks used are the electrical one.. that is i have a switch in the car which turns the shocks from sport to comfort at different level. Will monroe sensa trac do the job ? KYB are they japaneses ? Because my car is made in Japan
  13. Dear All, I need an advise. I brought myself a second Lexus ES300 - 1999 Unfortunately all the four shocks are beyond repair and needs to changed. The electric shock from lexus center for ES is are damn to expensive. The only option I have is to go to junk yard or buy a brand new Monroe Sensa Trac. My question is ... are Monroe SensaTrac equals to the one Toyota use for ES300. Can any one help ?
