  1. That's why I put the following sentence in the original post: If the video doesn't start after clicking the image below, then click this link: https://youtu.be/2eESjueShTo What browser are you using and what type of computer/device (Windows, Apple, Andriod, iPhone/iPad, Chromebook?)
  2. I had a friend test it and it worked fine. I also went into "incognito" mode with my Chrome browser and was able to watch it as a guest (not logged-in). What browser are you using and what type of computer/device (Windows, Apple, Andriod, iPhone/iPad, Chromebook?)
  3. I just received my "Special Service Campaign" letter in the mail for the Lexus NX Brake Hold issue. For those that are not aware or not familiar with the issue, I figured I'd make a video to explain it... 4. After two previous failed attempts due to the wrong sized LED bulbs, I finally was able to swap out the original incandescent bulbs in the cargo area with LEDs. It makes quite a difference in illumination. I am very happy with the results. See the before and after image below. The LEDs I used were 28 mm, 12-SMD LED bulbs. These are replacements for DE3175 bulbs (which Mazda put in their Mazda 3 vehicles). The official lamp of the NX cargo incandescent bulb is DE3022, but the first LED bulbs I bought were much too long to fit in the cargo lamp fixture. The second bulbs were shorter in length (30mm) and were also DE3022 replacements. I thought I could make the 30mm bulbs fit, but they wouldn't. I then came to the conclusion that there is no standard length for a DE3022 bulb. Finally, I found these (http://goo.gl/AEGNMV) on Amazon. These particular LEDs are unidirectional so that it throws all the light into the cargo area (no wasted light as in the omnidirectional LEDs). Since this was my third attempt, I completed the cargo light conversion in less than 10 minutes. In the photo below, the left bulb is the OEM bulb, the new LED bulb is on the right. Although the SMDs are yellow in color, make no mistake, theses bulbs produce a very bright, white light... Here is a before (top) and an after (bottom) images I took of my cargo area with some personal items in there. I did not touch these items during bulb replacement... (click photo to enlarge)
  5. I'm not so sure that's possible. ...unless you mean to display the current speed limit on the road you're on. If so, then that's an option in the Navigation section. To display your real-time speed, you could run the Torque smartphone app which connects to the OBD port. With this app you can display all sorts of real-time information, as well as to create your own custom dashboard (on the phone, of course). Check it out.
  6. Thanks, Paul. Okay. That's fine. If all I need is 10 posts, I'd better get busy! Thank you for the gesture. However, I'll see if I can do the "10 posts" requirement first.
  7. How do I change my username? When I go to view "My Profile or "My settings" or "Edit my profile", there is no facility to change my name (as mentioned in a previous, older thread). I would imagine that name-changing is allowed because there is a "Display Name History" link to show a person's previous usernames. Thank you for your prompt response.
  8. How close are these instructions/photos to a 2005 RX330? ?
  9. . As a new owner of a pre-owned 2005 RX330 (last Friday), I was wondering if there are any obscure tips, tricks, hints, etc. that you could share with me (and other owners). I'm referring to items that may not be in the manual(s), or if they are, they are not so obvious. I also have the navigation system, so any tips on that would also be welcomed. Thanks! :) .
