As previously posted I said I was having problems with my aftermarket remote start/alarm system (Viper 791xv) with unlocking all the doors, apparently if you hit unlock once, followed by 2 quick additional unlocks, the doors magically unlock so i guess 3 to 4 hits of unlock is the magic number to unlock the progressive lock.

Does anyone have the repair manual for the 2004 330 RX, laxjess014@yahoo.com

I recently got a Viper 791xv installed by Best Buy and I don't know the technical stuff about the install but I know that when its remote started the a/c or heat does turn. The only issue I have with the remote start is that the open button on the viper fob only opens the driver's door, this can be solved by just using the factory key fob after disarming the alarm except it doesn't work when the car is remote started, in which case the factory key fob is useless.

Could you please post pictures of this as I am looking into changing the non-nav system. Also did you do the work yourself or have it done professionally? To add pictures I would assume just upload them as attachments (the option is at the bottom portion of the replay option, just click browse, bottom right, and click on your pictures).

Hello, After reading a previous post on this board about a member installing an aftermarket navigation system, I decided that I too wanted to remove the factory stereo currently in my 04 RX330 I have the standard audio package, no navigation system, no mark levinson package. I am planning on replacing factory unit with double din dvd player/monitor similar to this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...p;rd=1&rd=1 I have a few questions about doing the installation. I bought the radio adapter that was being sold on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...6133&rd=1,1 So the first question is how do I remove the factory stereo? The second is how do I go about using the stock amp in this process? The third would be any overall suggestions? Thanks
