    hey i have read a few magazine and they have clocked the 1998-00 doing 0-60mph in 6 sec and 1/4 14.6 and some magazine have it at 6.5sec it all up to the driver. heres one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lexus_SC

    i sure did bet a new merc 230 there not that fast and a few other cars. i know this car is not the fastest on today's road but surely its not the slowest

    the stock stall speed is 2100 on the sc400 most people i see is getting 2800.i raced a mercedes c230 the other day i had a jump on him never look back. i thing the performace of this car is not bad for 93.

    your cornering lights from your 93 wouldn't fit with 97+bumper. about the fogs lights if you want to finish the bumper buy them put them on or don't buy them and go fog-less. there is away to covert them just don't know i will edit this when i have a update.

    the 97 bumper will work but about the wiring don't know never done it yet but im guessing you just wiring your fogs to your cornering wires but thats a guess. you should check out www.clublexus.com there are so much information on that site.

    you dont need fenders for the front bumper if you get the 97+ oem bumper it will be a perfect fit but your corning light wouldnt fit with the kit you can go with or without fogs.

    I recently purchased a 1993 Lexus SC400 in good condition with what I believe are only wear and tear issues. The car has a very uncomfortable steering feel to it. When driving on a bumpy road, the wheel will steer by itself (shimmy, rock back and forth) slightly as the car rides over the different bumps and holes. is it normal because this car is most uncomfortable car i ever drove.thanks

    hi everyone I'm planning to buy a sc4 1993 but I'm not sure if I'm going to pay overprice i live in Canada and the market between Canada and US is different. the car I'm looking at has 140000 kms (89000 miles) no sunroof but the car is close to mint i give it 8.5 out of 10 hes asking $11000 Canadian so that's about $9500us.i have look on the Internet but i only find us market value. thanks
