I pulled this out because we've had some issues with this on here recently. If you're going to post something here on the forum looking for feedback, or even if you just post a statement or opinion you've got to be ready to have people disagree with you and tell you things you may not want to hear. Depending on your situation and what you're planning on doing, sometimes people's responses might be pretty lively. As long as they're not personally abusive then they're fair game. These are discussion boards not only agree with you boards. ← It's funny that all this was brought up because when i wrote my post i was careful with what i wrote because i did not want 94LexusES to take it the wrong way. I did not think that there was anything wrong with 914's post so i just wanted to make sure i was not taken out of context. That is the thing about writing back and forth on the internet sometimes things are taken the wrong way.

Sorry to hear about what happened. :( I hope that everything works out for you. I was wondering, is there a lemon law in New Jersey? If so then you should get your money back. I mean i don't know how the lemon law works when you buy it from someone personally, but if you got it threw a dealership then you can get your money back. Good Luck!

My husband already fixed it. I'm just mad at the fact that someone can do that. I know it happens i'm just mad that it does. My brother-in-law owns a body shop and garage and he has been fixing and painting cars for a very long time. My husband worked for him when he was younger and he knows how to do all that stuff. It's just the fact of the whole thing and i also needed to vent.

For now on when i think that i should move it i am moving it. The thing that is crazy is that i parked where i had to walk and there was a pile of other parking places that was closer to the store. If she was in such a hurry or what ever her problem was she could have pulled closer to the store.

I am so mad. Today my husband and i went to the store and i pulled in a parking place with no one around and here comes this woman flying up next to us. My husband was getting out the passenger side and it was taking him a few seconds well when he opened his door the lady had to stop and wait. I have no idea why she just didn't go to the next parking place. Anyway he took a few more seconds to get the door shut and she gave him a dirty look so i said to him man she sure looked mad cause she had to wait for you. He never even looked at her so he did not see the look. I said maybe we should go back and move the car cause she looked really mad (about what i really don't know) and she might hit it with her door or something. He said no we will just be a minute. So we didn't move the car and when we came out of the store a buggy was against the car and then i said i told you she was mad. There was no damage where the buggy was sitting, but on the front fender it has a i want to say scratch, but it was bigger then a scratch. The paint was taken off. Also on the door is red paint. Oh man i really wish that i would have moved my car. I know what color the truck was, but there is a lot of red trucks out there. I could wish and wish that i moved it or that i paid more attention to the vehicle or that i took her plate #, but i did none of that and wishing is not going to make me fill any better. I wanted to take a picture of it, but as soon as we got home my husband started fixing it and i did not get to take a picture. My husband thinks that she hit the buggy with her truck and then pushed it against our car. How can people do that. Every time i hear something like this i fill so bad for the person that it happens to. Some people are so rude! :cries: :( I needed to vent and i thought this is the best place so do forgive my rambling. Oh yeah my husband said that the red paint will buff right out. You can barely see it. I seen it cause i was looking for other marks.

yes. and it will take 3 days. they suggest that when i hand the car wash place the estimate to also tell them they need to pay for my rental. which they created some sort of estimate for that also- $135 and change. ← ok, i handed the estimate last night and will get back to me after submitting it to the distract manager. They said if he approves, they will cut me a check. fingers are now officially crossed! ← If they don't get back to you in a few days give them a call.

One time i had Walmart put windshield wipers on my car and the scratched the hood on both sides. I guess they didn't know how to get them off so they pulled them up and scratched the hood. It was deep too. So anyway i didn't notice it right away. I was on my way home and i seen it. I pulled over called walmart and told them. Well at first they offered me free oil changes and all that. I said no i would rather have my car fixed. They wanted to to come back the next day when the manager was there. So i went back and the manager decides to tell me that it was not them who did this to my car. He said that they (the workers) told him that the scratches was already there. Now he knew that the scratches was brand new. I knew they did it and so did he. After i had a calm talk with him he agreed to have the car fixed and he told me that i needed to get three estimates and one was at this place that they use. I left him know that i only needed one estimate and that i was not going to the place he wanted me to. I told him that i will be back tomorrow with my estimate. He agreed. I got the estimate and took it in and they told me that he was not there right now, but they will give it to him. Three days of calling there all day long and he was not in. Finally he answered the phone when i hung up and called right back. I said oh i thought that you wasn't in. He said i just walked in the door. Ok so anyway i ask him if he got the estimate No he says. I said do not leave there i am on my way and if you leave i am calling my attorney on what to do next. When i got there he was there. The next day i had my check. I had to sign a paper saying that they paid.

I drive a 93 ES and i am 32. I look younger then my age. I still get carded when i go out. LOL It gets to be annoying, but yet it fills good LOL I always say hey i been able to buy beer for 11 years now. :D They really don't care what i say all they want is my ID.
