sports suspension? How does it compare to the stock suspension? And the 18" tires? How smooth does this combo travel?

I currently drive a 1990 ls 400 with 180,000 miles and beginning to run into service problems. Ready to throw in the towel. Will purchase a 2004 Lexus. Either a gs 430 or ls 430. The ls 430 without the ultra package looks the the better car and value. Is the ultra package worth the money?
