for 21, 600 is not outta range. when you hit 24 it will go down like crazy but until then i think you might be stuck paying crazy prices. sorry man

i think the first step is to figure out what kind of car you want. there is a huge difference between an IS and a LS. If you want the big smooth ride the LS is for you. personally i love the agressive feel of my IS and i wouldnt have it any other way.

my IS is having the same prob. Did you just put in a new head unit? That could be the problem. Sometimes when new head units are put in they unplub the security wiring and things start going crazy. Unfortunattly i dont know what the fix is for the problem.
