I am trying to install the Motorola IHF1000 Bluetooth kit on my 2001 RX300. The install manual says I need to attach to the positive and negative power lead, ignition sensor wire and the mute wire.
I have done a fair bit of research online and it looks like there isn't a nice plug 'n play harness available.
Is the best way to get to these wires via the stereo? I am thinking that I should remove the stereo, identify all these leads (assuming they are all there) and splice into them. Is this logical or is there a better way?
