  1. Just repaint your wheels. Best paint for your silver alloys is made by Wurth (Silver Wheel Paint) Also, clear coat them with Wurth Clear Laquer Paint. (Canned spray paint) This is GREAT spray paint with a very nice spray pattern. It is a real no-brainer for the diyer. I got the spray paint from one of the detailer web sites, I think it was either Autogeek or Top of the Line detail products web site. One can will easily do two wheels, maybe four. Do a search (there is a diy on a BMW site) on spray painting your curbed wheels and you will find plenty of info. Wurth makes a great product.
  2. I just purchased a 98 SC300 that came with a set of BBS 16" Chrome wheels model #29, when purchased in 98. I am looking for one additional wheel as a back-up. Anyone got one? Must be in good shape. email draytonwebb@yahoo.com
  3. I have a set of BOSS 20" chrome 5 stars(Model #328) on my 98 SC300. They fit just fine, no problems at all. I just bought the car ( they came with the car)and am considering putting 17" GS wheels on. Wheels actually REALLY look great!, but I am a 56 year old !Removed! and I want something with less "bling".Wheels and tires are BRAND NEW and I am thinking of selling the set. Email me for more info. I am located in Houston. draytonwebb@yahoo.com
  4. Meddle, I am considering replacing my bushings with the Daizen product. Have you done this yet? If so, I am sure we would all like to hear your comments on this product. All of our old Lexus's are in need of this replacement, and there doesn't seem to be many choices out there.
  5. Help,I have a SC 300 with bad lower and possibly bad upper control arm bushings. My Lexus dealer wants an arm and a leg for these parts. At some time I had heard that the 93-98 Supras had the same control arms. Can anyone confirm this? My local Toyota dealership can provide me with upper and lower control arms for a Supra at 1/2 what the Lexus dealer wants. Anyone in the US offer a GOOD QUAILTY bushing replacement kit? I want my Lexus quality ride back.Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know ALOT of Lexus owners are confronting this repair now that our cars are getting along in years/mileage, and it would be great to get this information out there. Thanks, Drayton
