I wondering the same thing, what did you end up doing? I think you are correct in that the two indents are made for the plate, as crude as it may sound I think you are supposed to just use a couple of screws? Jeff

Anyone know what the little shelf looking thing is for in the back of the glove box? Also wondering if anyone has found any cool little interior accessories for things like holding CD's, or a coin holder. Seems like Lexus left out a few little items like this on the ES?

Hello, I noticed yesterday that a couple of the round plastic clips holding the engine covers on are either missing or completely loose on my new ES350. The car only has 120 miles on it so I am a bit surprised to see this happening. When I tried to replace one of the loose clips it seems as though it is the wrong size as it just wants to come right back out again. Anyone else experience this problem, I was hoping to avoid the dealer until my first oil change. TIA

I just recently bought a new ES350 and I had no problems with last 2 big dumps we got in CO (once I could get out of my neighborhood!) Besides my 4x4 pickup almost all of my cars have been front wheel drive and I can honestly say that they have all be been decent in the snow as I have lived in CO most of my life, including the Palmer Divide where we typically got twice as much snow as Denver. Just picked up my ES350 premium plus for $33k +taxes. I purchased through a private dealer that had it listed locally in the Auto Trader. :D

Hello, I just joined this forum as I purchased a new ES350 yesterday. This is my first Lexus and really looking forward to learning a lot about the car from all of you experts. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with adding Sirius satellite radio to an 07? I do not have Nav. in the car, but I have to imagine that there is a clean way to integrate Sirius. Thanks in advance for any advice. :) Jeff
