  1. I don't think you can use the fob to open both doors at the same time. You still have to press the unlock button twice, and I don't believe that is a reprogrammable option. The passenger door is now set to open each time I open my door handle. I kinda like this, and am not as concerned about an intruder. I thought about bringing it up to the dealership when I take the car in, but I like this too much...... It is programable to open all doors when you touch either handle with the fob in your pocket. It was done when I took delivery, I think it was accomplished by holding down lock and unlock at the same time until it beeps
  2. Brake dust? They'll replace your front pads with ceramics if you complain to the dealer. Is there any mileage limitations to this? I do have excessive dust in my opinion. I have ~15k on the car. It would be nice to get a "free" brakejob.
  3. I thought about the Caddy a friend has one. I have owned the Catera, then a Lincoln LS, as well as an 04 ES330. The best expierience with any car had been with my first Lexus. That is why I went back and bought my IS350. Service, reliability, styling Lexus has them all while Caddy only has one maybe two
  4. I had my RX330 in for a rattle, it took several trips to the dealer, and oly happened when it was cold as well. Finally they rode with me and right away the tech knew it was the clips they use to hold the glass while the sealants set up. They had it fixed right away, and now there is no noise. HAVE THEM CHECK THE CLIPS.
