My factory anti -theft alarm goes off frequently lately ,do anyone know why ?

Hey I have an 00' Es 300 and for some reason my factory alarm goes off for no reason ,like every 15 min.It just started and it got on my nerves so I unhooked the battery,can anybody help me can it be a fuse ???

I AM HEARING KNOCKING NOISES FROM THE PASSENGER REAR ,SOMETIMES IT SOUND LIKE ITS COMING FROM THE TRUNK.i HAVE HAD SWAY BARS AND BUSHINGS REPLACED ALSO REAR STRUTS.CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR GIVE ME AN OPINON WHAT IT COULD BE,I LIKE TO SOUND LIKE I KNOW WHATS GOING ON BEFORE I GO TO A MECHANIC.THANK YOU!!!

My trunk does not open with remote or button inside ,can someone clue me to what may be wrong?

trac control light and check engine light both came on at same time ,has this happen to anyone or do anyone know what to do?
