My recollection is that there are limit switches. If you stop the door when opening by blocking the door or try to open by hand while it is opening by the motor, the limits get fouled up. To resolve, open fully and then use the button to close and it should work after that.

I have a 2004 RX330. The climate control appears to not work correctly. Today it was 63 degrees outside and the car is set for 72 degrees inside yet it continues to blow cold air if the air conditioning is on. My experience with an Infinity is you should be able to set the inside temperature and forget about it. The air conditioning compressor should turn off when the interior is below the setting. I brought this to the attention of the dealer on my 1000 mile check up and they indicated that everything is working correctly. Any comments would be appreciated.

I understand that the RX330 will be (or are manufactured) in Canada. How do you tell where a unit is made?

I am looking to buy a '04 rx330 ,2WD with premium plus + nav package. It appears the best price I have found is $39,373 for a MSRP of $41,763 ($2390 off) from LexusUS.com. Anyone know of anything better in So. Cal?
