Just wondering. My LX 470 has 25,000 miles on it and the drivers side leather (tan) is showing cracks and wear on the outer edge of the driver's side bottom. My Chrysler LX didn't show that after 11 years. After paying $70,000 for a vehicle you would think the leather was better. I love the car but the quality of leather is not where it should be. I even lift myself up so I don't slide off the side to help preserve the leather. Anyone else have that too?

That's great news you were able to get it resolved. As a service to those who may purchase that phone could you post the instructions? Thanks! We'll see if can remember. First we changed the passcode to 0000, which you do right on the navigation system. Then when the navigation system just sat there as if it froze up. At that time I turned my phone off and on again and then tried to make a call and it worked. It was very simple. Good Luck!

Lexus site says it pairs with the Treo 650 with Verizon, but they don't tell you that you have to call Lexus who calls the company who tests the phones to explain to you how to do it. The directions posted on the Lexus site as well as assistance from the service dept. "bluetooth specialist" were not enough to get it to work. Thank goodness the person I spoke with at Lexus researched the problem and called me back to walk me through a different process. Works great now!

Ok, so I am a new LX owner but nowhere in the manual can I find that the blower for the heater does not come on automatically when I start the vehicle. I had to ask some women at church today who was getting out of hers if she ever had that problem and she said that the vehicle waits until the engine is warmed before the blower starts so you are not getting cold air blown on you. Boy did I feel stupid. I thanked her for saving me a trip to the dealership.
