i contacted PepBoys and received a quote for front and rear pads and rotors for $360. they use after market parts. Raybestos PG+ Brake Pad any recommendations?. i will contact the dealership to find out if they saw brake fluid or a line leak?

Mileage won't have anything to with the caliper itself, but if they are seeing brake fluid and it's not a line leak, then your probably losing a piston seal. In that case, yes, you should have the calipers replaced. They are not cheap though. At 140k miles, I would seiroulsy consider aftermarket calipers. You'll save hundreds.
In fact, I would put power slot rotors on, and EBC Green brake pads. and get calipers. ( I can look into it for you but I think they have a trade out program where you get rebuilt calipers and give them your used ones and they charge less. Of course that means no brakes until you send them the calipers and they send you the rebuilt ones. anyway, you would end up with a way better braking and half the cost.
