yup just get a new amp. my amp died on me last week. I bought an Alpine v12 4 channel amp, wired it using the stock wiring and bridged the subwoofer work great and sounds good.

Mine does this too sometimes but the TRAC light doesn't stay on for long. Sensors might be going bad or something. Just let your right foot do the "traction controlling" In other words, easy on the throttle now that you know something is wrong with your car electronics. Your alternator problem might be due to a power steering pump leak that drips down on the alternator damaging it. -
I just bought a lexus sc400 with a beat up interior but with good body. No dents! for $500 bux. The car is not running but I'll go check whats wrong with it. I have big plans for this car.
