Well, thanks for the information, but it's unfortunate that's the answer. Perhaps some one will one day figure out a work-around. Thanks for replying so quickly.

I just (12/26/06) purchased the 2007 IS 250 awd with nav. Does any one know the new key sequence to override the system so that you can input a phone number and/or input a destination address while the car is moving? I know the previous version override involved pressing the screen multiple times on the volume screen, but that doesn't work on this new version. Any help/suggestion is much appreciated!
