Hey guys, I have been searching multiple lexus forums on how I could accomplish my task. I want to keep my car looking stock with the navi, so I don't like the idea of the In-dash Headunit. My car did not come with a navi system so I understand I will have to go buy all those parts from the Lexus dealer or else where. I plan on purchasing the Alpine TME-S370 monitor and the Alpine NVE-M300 navigation system for my car. If you guys have used this set up or do no recommend it please let me know. My main concern is how do I hook up the motorized lid opening/closing stock OEM wiring into the car. I can't seem to find any instructions on how to do that. Please let me know cause I am dying to find out. Thanks.

Hello guys, I have a HKS Dragger 2 exhaust system for sale. It is used, and has ~2,500 mileage on it. The reason I am selling it is because I got too many Improper exhaust system tickets for it. I went out to get some, hopefully this will do the trick. What tool did you use? One of the screws seems to be behind one of the hangers and it seems quite impossible to reach it. Any hints or ways to take these screws out would be greatly appreciated. Thankss!

Hey guys, I just had a quick question. I want to upgrade my exhaust system to the HKS dragger 2 but according to most websites it says 01-03 Lexus IS300, I have an 04. Do you think it will still fit? The body design and everything is the same so I think it would fit. Also if any of you guys have upgraded to this exhaust is there a specific site you would recommend to buy it from? Thanks!

Smooth1 I have no codes and I let a mechanic look at it and he has no clue also because no codes are showing up. He told me it's probably due to the cold weather outside, I am really hoping that is the situation.

Hey guys, I am having a major issue with my 04 IS300. The gas mileage has been horrific in the city compared to what it was getting previously. I have noticed a significant decrease of city mpg and I can visually see it going down tick by tick in maybe a fifteen minute commute from work. I used a up a quarter tank in one day, I think that is a bit excessive. My car is 59k mileage, but I thought spark plugs could have been an issue so I changed those with my timing belt, water pump and many other parts. I thought after changing my spark plugs everything would be fine again but it is not unfortunately. If anyone is having a similar problem or resolved this issue please reply back. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, I have a 04 IS300 and the driver side door lock does not seem to work with the key transmitter. Every other door works except the driver side, I have done research on forums and it seems like my door actuator is busted. I was wondering if you guys knew the part number or knew which car from the Toyota company has the same exact one as the IS because I would prefer to get it at the toyota dealership rather then the Lexus stealership. Lexus quoted $165 for the part, I am sure if I could purchase it from Toyota it would be way cheaper. Thanks in advance!

nevermind I just saw on bestbuy's site a tool to see if it fitts in your vehicle. Apparently this does not fit. Is there a way I could make it fit or I just have to get another one?

Hello Guys, I just had a quick question. I want to swap out my stock cd player on my 04 is300 to a indash navigation system. Meaning I would just have to remove my old system and just plug in the wires to the new system and get it working? Or, would I have to install more wires because of this system? Second, would it fit perfectly in the old slot or will it have random gaps? Also, is it easy to do it yourself or should I have a professional install it? Thanks in advance!
