2000 Gs300 Lags Of The Line

I have a 2001 GS300 with the same problem. The car works great otherwise, but that initial tip in gets me a big pause and then suddenly I get a rush of acceleration. I wonder how many other GS owners are experiencing this same issue. Thanks.
