  1. I had the rattle and Lexus Dealer did a great job of fixing it :)
  2. I went on a 3 day trip last weekend and you can see from the pictures in the photo linke below how much particles collected in 3 days. Lexus has authorized the dealer to change the a/c and heat exchange and have asked for samples of the particles. Lexus has been very quick to authorize whatever is need to fix this problem. here is the link if you want to take a look at what I am talking about: http://picasaweb.google.com/ccds22/RX350WhiteParticleProblem just double click the thumbnails to enlarge the pictures
  3. I am getting this white dust on my dash. Lexus is looking into it and have called their tech person. It seems to happen after the car has sat overnight and then the a/c or heat starts in the morning. I have changed the in cabin air filters 3 times now and still no fix here is a link to the same problem in other models. I have posted some pictures there http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...mp;#entry246855 wondering if any one else is having this problem with RX 350 thanks :)
  4. I am having the same problem with the little white things whatever they are. I was at the dealer on Friday to show them and they are going to call the tech. guy in Lexus to see if they know anything about it and how to fix it. I have some pictures I will try to attach here.
  5. Has anyone confirmed that this works with V6.1? thanks :)
  6. The whole story is: I ran the 50w halogen lights and because of the much higher rated current draw it blew the main fuse causing the car to run on battery only. Once I drove far enough I eventually ran out of battery and the car just quit. Lexus roadside towed the car back to Lexus (40 miles) and traced the problem to the 50w back up lights. While they were tracing the problem they left the car in reverse and bingo it over heated and the lens actually crystallized and caused the lens to shrink making a small divot in the clear lens. I replaced both lens. It also melted the bulb socket that holds the back up light bulb. My Lexus dealer service was great. Even though it was my fault for changing the bulbs that caused all the problem they did not charge me for service.
  7. I wouldn't try the 50w halogen replacement.... I did that and it caused all kinds of problems with the car. I ended up being towed back to lexus and they traced the problem to the bulbs. I also had to replace the rear unit that holds the bulbs because the bulbs are so hot they melted the lens. Not a good idea :(
