1993 LS400 Does anyone have any information or experiences activating the factory installed Lexus phone?

I did try that as part of a battery service and the brake light stays on.

I recently replaced all the disc pads on my 93 LS400. The brake wear warning light on the dash stayed on. I suspected that one of the wear sensors may have been damaged so I disconnected it. The light is still on. I disconnected all of the sensors. The light is still on. Does anyone know if there is a reset switch? thanks, Alan
