  1. Thanks, finally found it with your help... That this is way in there
  2. Hi, I have a 2006 IS250 AWD. I seem to have burned out the two fuses that go to my two cigarette lighters/outlets (thanks to a jacked up CP charger)... I checked the main fuse box in the engine compartment on the passenger side, didn't see any burned out fuses... Is there another fuse box in the passenger compartment like most cars???
  3. Is this the 6 second hack that you used? "In sequence Press the Menu button on the dash. Press the Volume button on the screen. Press the upper left corner of the screen. (Where the speaker icon is located.) Press the lower left corner of the screen. Press the upper left corner of the screen again. Press the lower left corner of the screen again. On the screen that appears: Press the Override button and hold it until you hear a beep. The Override letters turn black in color showing it is deselected. Press the Back button to get back to the previous screen."
  4. My friend just went to the dealer to ask about the auto lock feature they had no idea what that was... Could someone verify the autolock through C-BEST?
  5. I had the exact same type of stain, an amber colored stain that got on my car and completely dried and incorporated into the pain the first week I got my IS250AWD. it was tungsten Pearl so it was easy to see. I had a detailer try to take it off... he used thinner and actually scraped a chip of clear coat off, but before that the stain wouldn't come off. At that point I took it to the dealer, they tried to wet sand it, got lighter but didn't come off, eventually the dealer just repainted the L/R door for me...
  6. I find that if I have the vents pointing up then I get those complaints, but if I point the vents straight out then it isn't a problem.
  7. I got my IS250AWD for $1300 over invoice. In OC, SoCal. My friend in SF. Just got his for $1500 over invoice.
  8. Hi fellas, Just got my IS250AWD in tungsten pearl last week. They tried to sell me this clear coat sealant/protectant that is "chemically bonded on a molecular level to the paint to protect it and actually repells foreign material including dirt, bug stains, and paint. They those things can be simply wiped off if this sealant is on the paint" I didn't believe them, anyways I thought they said it is guaranteed for as long as I owned the car (or 5 years...) I can't remember. Is there such a thing and what is it? BTW anyone have comments on the Black Magic Wet Shine liquid wax? It was a best pick on this month's Consumer Reports. I'm really just looking for how it compares to other products on this forum with regard to the durability...
