Hi all So I scratched my car while in a detailing frenzy. I had the wipers up as i was wiping my new baby down, then I put the hood up and forgot to put the wipers back down first. :cries: The scratch is on the lip of the hood. Thank God it's not in a very noticeable spot. Do you think I can touch it up? or should I take it to a body shop? I'm also not sure if I bent my wiper or not. It still functions but it doesn't look like it lines up correctly. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

As I was shopping for my IS250 Lexus of Norwood definitely gave me the worst customer service of the many dealerships that I spoke with. I felt more like I was at a sleezy used car dealership, rather than a lexus. While they have the best prices in new england, I decided i would rather drive 4 hours to another dealer that was giving me the same deal, than to go to Norwood (less than a hour away).

going to purchase my IS250 next week but I definitely don't think I'd trust myself to install my own GFX. Should I have the dealer do it? Or should I buy it elsewhere and have it installed. Can anyone recommend someone good in the Boston area?

I think the front lip and the rear spoiler are noticeable differences. Not sure about the side skirts and rear lip though. can you just buy the front lip?

I am looking to make a purchase with the same features you got. How was your deal?
