I'm new to the KC area and need to have some maintenance done on my '99 RX 300. Does anyone know of any reputable places to take it to? My boss has a Lexus as well and he told me to take it to a Toyota dealer.........cheaper than going to the Lexus dealer he says. Thoughts or suggestions?

Don't know if you'll even see this since your discussion was about a month ago.......but I just joined the forum and came across this post so I had to respond. I too own a 99 RX 300 and I've got 158K on mine!! I've had no issues, other than normal wear and tear items.

I was curious if you ever got this issue resolved and if so, what did they find and what did it cost you? I too have a '99 RX300 that was experiencing the same issue only now I no longer hear that problem when I turn the wheel sharply, instead, anytime I go over a bump the car sounds terrible!! The whole thing squeeks and creeks...........
