wow.. I'm getting 13-17 MPG per tank avg. in the city... and I can pull off a 25 MPG tank on the HWY... How much is the 220?? I wouldnt take a 250 over my 350... but for 33-47 MPG... I would have went for the 220... mmm I guess it depends on the price.... $35k... I would have gotten the 220... but if they are $40+... give me my 350...

I wasn't able to get the ML package... so I can not say 100%... but I'll say 99% that something is wrong.... ;) Take it back 2 the dealer.... have them swap out the unit for you...

I dont remember how I did it... but I do remember it was a pain in the A$$$$... you have to do one at a time... and it seemed like it took 4 or 5 steps to do each one.... I gave up after #3....

Where is the mic located? I love it but when someone calls.. I have to turn off the A/C... I tried just turning off the left vent... still everyone complains about "wind noise"... Anyone else with issues like this?

Am I the only one that feels the adaptive headlights are a joke? When they are testing... they make people look when you start the car.. but for a real world drive... I just can not see the expense.... Anyone else?

I saw a Glacier Frost 250 in the show room at Balise..... In person it looked like a Christmas Tree Globe... sort of strange I thought.... I haven't had a chance to see a the Matador Red yet.... :) cant wait until I do!

What year was the E55? and driving a IS250 and your hubby drives a spur... is like your hubby driving a IS350 and your driving a KIA without A/c and a 5 speed with a AM/FM TAPE!! I love my IS350... BUT... If I had a Spur in my yard... my poor IS would hardly see any road time.... :)

It all depends on where you live.... got to Lexus.com and click on built your own.... try diffrent zip codes... like for example.. up here in Mass... you can get the 250 with the ML package.... but in LA... no dice.... They have the option on lexus.com but it looks like they are not offering the Lux for the 250 RWD right now.... What I find a little ironic is... ML is located in Mass... but you can not get the ML package on any IS... :cries:

Thats insane! I've only had mine up to 120... during the day... and it seemed like I was just going 80.... BUT.... doing 140 AT NIGHT!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? :o You can set the RPM ring at any RPM you like... Also with the Speedo... but once you hit 100... it turns and stays Red...

Does anyone know what the color make up of the new IS is?? The reason I'm asking is.... I've only seen about 8 other new IS driving around... 5 of those in Houston this past weekend... But out of the 8.... I've seem 1 silver and 1 white... and the rest BLACK... the 5 in houston... all black!!! Just wondering if anyone had a link that shows what % of each color is made...

Ok... just got in from Balt. MD to Worcester Mass. about 380 miles... I fuled up off I95... so it was all Hwy Driving... I avg. 71 MPH and got 27.5 MPG!!! Could have gotten over 28 if I would have dropped the speed down a little... So I guess the heavy foot in town takes a huge toll on the MPG.....

I have the Nav and I tinted mine... love it... It didnt seem like the original had ANY TINT at all... felt like I was up on a stage with a spot light... lol and barkat is right... your fine as long as you don't get the metallic tint.... I was only able to use 49% I think if I remember right on the sides.... and 35% on the back.... I guess the factory does have 3% or something so if I got the 35%... then it would make mine illegal... Wish I had the 35%.... but even the 49% or whatever it is.. helps A LOT!! IMHO...

Not sure about the resale value of the Acura... but... I know I see the TLs EVERYWHERE!! They are a sharp car... and I've been trying to talk my friend into getting one being he only wants to pay around $30k... My brother in law in Houston got a TL a week before my IS came in... I told him to take a look at the IS250.. but everyone around him drives a Lexus of some kind... so he wanted to be different...I can relate... I'm the type that I just want errr have to be different and not the norm... Being the amount of BMW 3s and the Acuras I see around town... and now the G35s... It made the IS350 a easy choice even before ever seeing one in person... Also I the interior and the way its built... It seems and feels like a $60k+ car.... I was tired of waiting for my IS and close to getting a GS... ;) glad I didn't..... Acura seems like a great car... and like I said.. I have one in my family and trying to talk my friend into one.... BUT... since you don't live around me :) lol GET THE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

I second that!!!! Everyday, I wake up and I can not wait to go and get in it!! No flaws... Just an Amazing car!! As for the sound when turning... I have not heard the sound myself and i've tried to replicate it........ Only wish I have is... for it 2 comes with a detailer.... I wash the car at 11am.... 3pm it looks like it was sitting next to a dirt road!!!!

The Nav overide works great for the nav... but has anyone found a way to view your WMP/MP3 Folders when moving!? Thanks

I have the standard system in my IS250 and I think it sounds quite good. Mine also has the center speaker in the dash...or at least it has the grill for it. I'll have to check and see if sound actually comes out of it. Both sound nice and both are great stereos.... but.... You WILL notice a difference if you insert a DVD-Audio CD into the ML system. Plus, with the stock system, you lose the DVD Movie capability. :cries: I'm holding out for the ML Yup... I was holding out for the ML... but then gave up.... I love the sound on the standard.... but I would love to put in some Music Videos... or Pink Floyd Pulse.... and have it playing When the IS500 comes out... I'll make sure I get the ML on it!!! that is if it ever comes out!!
