  1. hey everyone im hearing moornoof squeegy noises whenever im goin over bumps and goin into driveway at an angle when the car is "twistin" anybody have the same problem?i took it in at 5k miles they said dirt buildup and it was ok for 1k miles then started again prolly the rubber is dry is somethin thanks in advance for any input
  2. I would recommend bringing a couple of CD's with you to the dealer and try them both out. Since I live in the Midwest, they do not offer the Levinson on a GS300 without special ordering it. So I listened to it in a GS430. I was completely blown away. I am extremely picky about audio systems, I'm a musician and I have my own studio. The Levinson is simply the best sounding auto stereo that you can buy. If you like distortion and unreal bass, then it may not be for you. Try them both out, you will see a big difference. I did and had to buy out of state since I didn't want to wait for a special order. RanKZero well since you whined rank here goes my input i bought the mark L system you can actually watch dvd on the mark L system and yes it sounds way better than the regular 110 watt i think is the regular one and im just kiddin dude about the whining part its just funny that you brought it up late 06 GS 300 AWD Thanks. Anybody else want to chime in? 60 views and only 1 comment? :) If you like Rap, Rock, Disco...go with standar Pioneer!!! If you like Classical, soft music...go with the Mark Levinson!!!
  3. Yes, purchase or borrow a bluetooth palm device. In the address book make a category (mine is called Lexus). Enter the contacts you want. Enter name and phone only. Do not enter spaces, dots of dashes in the phone number feild. Once done, you can bluetooth the entire category to the car, all at once. hey thanks for the input i was havin same problem with my razor and 06 gs
  4. Thanks a lot bro your input shed some light into what to get when tinting

  6. congrats on your car previous 5 series owner here too and yes brakes on the bimmer stop better than the lexus but overall i like the lexus and spongy is normal as long as your pedal doesnt go all the way to the floor thanks
  7. hi im in southern cali got my 06 gs300 ,parkassist, xenon, spoiler, mark levinson,<or however you spell it> :-) for 48k plus tax well brother being a car broker helps i guess
  8. hi is the car lowered? and it all depends on the offset of the rim 245 are more common but if you dont have the right offset on rim and put the 255 tires might rub in the rearwhile goin over bumps with 2 or 3 passengers or the front tires might rub while turning
  9. Hi thanks a lot for the information yea i got a mark levinson system and ill see if i can somehow put a switch for the cam wire should be on a switch by the shifter or reverse switch so i will try to pinpoint it,sorry dont know or not sure how to pm people yet anyways thanks a lot
  10. HI if the road youre driving on is smooth then check it every 6000 miles if you hit curbs when parallel parking or going over bumpy potholes or bumps on the road driving fast you should check it every 3000 to 4000 miles...one way to check is turn wheel all the way to the left or to the right check inside of tire or outside of tire if it is wearing and getting bald check the alignment
  11. Hey Nick i wouldnt take it to the dealer just take it to a toyota authorized service where they only do toyota and lexus cars and it could also be your tps sensor<throttle positioning sensor> dealer is going to charge you $80 to diagnose the problem anyways, with private shops <or MIDAS> does this sometimes if you talk with them they include the diagnosing problem in the work that is going to be performed,i manage a midas that is how i know thanks Ken
  12. Thank you for the quick response. I will probably go with the 235/45-17 because it is a more common size and my tire dealer will need to order the 225/50-17's. How much will this effect my speedometer and odometer? hi this will not affect speedometer reading at all and the best price is at either discount tire co.or tirerack.com depends where you live thanks
  13. hi spark plugs if iridium should be changed at 90000 you did good doing a throttle body service,i would change the FUEL Filter if you have not done so yet because clogged filter could block gas from coming into engine and yea put the idle cable adjustment back to original position thanks
