Does ANYONE have the answer to this problem? I want to do the same thing, but backwards, so when I shift INTO park it UNLOCKS all doors, instead of just unlocking driver's side door...

Hello everyone~ trying to clean my IACV, located the black box, but one of the two screws looks STRIPPED!!! i keep having idling issues with the car (99 ES), and I need to fix this problem, but what can I do to remove this stripped screw or is there any other way around it? please help!!! the car won't stay alive...
