I HAVE TO MANUALLY TURN ON THE HEATER SYSTEM EACH TIME I START THE VEHICLE IT WILL FUNCTION PROPERLY WHEN MANUALLY TURNED ON WHEN I TURN OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTART I HAVE TO MANUALLY TURN IT ON AGAIN. THE CLOCK ALSO EACH TIME I TURN THE KEY OFF RESETS TO 1:00 I HAVE CHECKED EVERY FUSE I CAN FIND WITH A SIMPLE TEST LIGHT AND CANNOT LOCATE A FUSE PROBLEM. ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP
