Do these lights burn out? Yes, they burn out.

Hello: We recenlty purchased '97LX, we love it. While going through the vechicle I was testing the indicator lights to make sure they work. I can't seem to get the airbag indicator light to come following the instructions in the manual. Anyone have any thoughts? Has indicator light on dash/elsewhere? All other light indicators work. Truck vin and body doesn't show any accident signs? Thank you.

Can you ID where the aftermarket cupholders are from for your LX, if so would like to pick some up. Thank you.

:P I just found out out to do it! it took 2 minutes. There is a small black box under the driver seat that controls the anti-theft device. There is a manual reset button and you have to use the master key on ON and then reset the green button. Then the alarm resets itself and unlocks and locks the doors and flashes the parking lights. At that moment hit the first button on the FOB and whalllah...you in like Flynn.... It was a !Removed! attemtping to decipher the correct repogrogram method like inserting the key to the off to on position 8 times to reset the ECU- similar to how Nissans reprogram their fobs. Needless to say it didn't work for the Lexus. Moral of the story: There is always a way to do things, it just takes finding the solution. These instructions worked great for me. Thanks.
