  1. I got under the car today and saw that a ball joint had broken. No fault of Goodyear just bad timing. Easy fix, did it myself. Thanks for everyones help.
  2. My car has just started jumping or veering to the left under power when it shifts into D. The steering wheel actually rotated left about 5 or 6 inches. The car has been really solid(131K) until I had an alignment at goodyear. That's about the time the problem started. Has anyone else experienced this?
  3. Check to make sure that the wiper blades are not hitting the hood. When I changed the blades on my '91 they hit the hood. I just adjusted them to to provide clearance.
  4. I do not know what is causing it but my '91 has always done the same thing. I just live with it. If you find out what the problem is let me know! Thank you.
  5. Checked all the plugs and found water pooled on cylinder 4. I decided to change all the plugs while I had her all taken apart. $60 bucks and 2 hours later, she's running like a champ again. Thank for you help! Too bad you did'nt get odds on your diagnosis!
  6. That was my first thought. Seems to me that it would have dryed up by now. I'll go pull all the junk off so I can check the plugs after dinner and see if I can find the problem. Thanks
  7. I have a '92 LS400 with 130k that runs perfectly, that is until this weekend when I cleaned the engine. I used the solvent and pressure sprayer at the local car wash. I do this twice a year to clear the dust, I live in the desert. I've never had a problem before. This time it started missing on the way out of the car wash. I let the car sit in the sun, ran it up to temp thinking that it would "DRY" out. Well it's been 3 days and 100 miles and it still misses. I've checked for obvious problems, vacum lines, water in the airclear, loose connections, etc with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas??
  8. After failing 3 times around Las Vegas, I'm going to give Sunset Auto a try today. I'll post the results! THANKS TEXUS LEXUS! These guys are the best. If you own a car in Las Vegas GO TO SUNSET AUTO! In and out in lws then a 1/2 hour. I will not use anyone else.

  10. 121,520 on my 1991 LS400. This car drives like new. The only thing I've changed is the oil, airfilter, tires, one tail light and the AC/Heat LCD. 178,620 on my 1994 Camry SE.
