Just had the 90K service done, which included replacing the air filters located behind the glove box. Now when I try to turn the climate control system "Off", the air still blows out of the vents the same as when the fan is set to the first level. Wondering if anyone has experienced this. It seems that a flap is failing to close and I'm trying to confirm that it has something to do with the filter replacement prior to returning the truck to the shop and telling them they screwed something up.
