  1. The sound system works fine but no sound coming out? Are you certain it is the Nak amp? 5 channels, no amp on the deck lid next to the sub? Your best bet maybe to just go aftermarket for the amp.
  2. No cd changer? no amp. Cd changer? Head unit say Nakamichi? then Nakamichi Premium sound? then pioneer.
  3. That looks familiar! See more pinouts here: www.technicalhelp4u.com/lexus click on nakhack Peter
  4. No you cannot. That year has an EEPROM in the keyless unit which is tied to two keys. No reprogramming possible. You need to buy 2 new keys with their own EEPROM which you swap out. Costs around 250 bucks. Best bet is aftermarket, unless you really want OEM.
  5. No one has replacement LCD's for the climates. The bleeding cannot be fixed by the LED swap lextech does. You need another climate unit without bleeding, or you can get an LCD manufactured. Custom rates are: First 5 LCD's are $2,500, the next 100 are about $50 each.
  6. I use the homelink transmitter to run a 'welcome home' macro and a 'goodbye' macro. I use a WG800 to receive the signal and forward to a computer running homeseer www.homeseer.com, and this program sends out the x10 signals. It can easily put it directly on the power line also. If you have not gotten this to work, let me know. Peter
  7. So how has this been working for you folks? Now on my 3rd coupe and looking to mod the engine. Current 400 has 208K miles on her and have another engine on the way with 43K. Has anyone built this engine up? I know stock it can handle quite a bit, just wondering if you have any experience with upgrading the top end. Peter Nice to find this board, good content!
