My ac/heater fan started making a loud swooshing sound after it is on hte second speed if i blast it the whole dashboard shakes. Can I get at the fan easily? Thanks Greg

I have a 1998 es 300 the heater/ac fan started making a loud swooshing noise when it goes above 2 speeds the whole dashboard vibrates on high. My question how do you get to the fan and can it be changed easily it seems maybe a blade is broken. Thanks Greg
