  1. i dont think so, i tried on my 94 with 91 rims and the center bore on the 91 was not large enough.
  2. bolt patterns dont match up. lexus 5x114.3mm, chevy s-10/blazer is 5x4.75". 4.75" in mm is 120.65. BMW wheels would fit an s-10/blazer. sorry, wont fit....
  3. no bulbs are good. all fuses are fine. i narrowed it down to this integration relay... couldnt find it anywhere under the dash, so im off to work to see if i can find it on mitchell on demand... does anyone know where i can find it on my 94 LS400? i read that its to the left of the steering column behind the fuse panel, but thats on an SC. i pretty sure its a brown colored relay, and denso labels their relays, it shoudl say "integration relay" clearly on the top... but all help is appreciated. hopefully our computers will give me a location on where this component it. thanks i just need this fixed so i can properly hook up my puddle lights....
  4. the area where your feet are, front driver/passenger lights are not working. the lights on the door work, the rear door lights work. the overhead dome light works in the ON position. when you switch it to DOOR position, no overhead, no under dash. i check the door buttons and they work. checked all fuses, good. all help is appreciated..
  5. i remember reading somewhere that the ticking sound we hear is the injectors... #5 and #7 injector to be spacific... is this true? i can understand how it could be the lifters but arent they hydraulic lifters? i just got through taking engine repair in school and i see/understand how hydraulic lifters work... i dunno just a thought... i also have that iritating clicking noise and i would love to get rid of it... ill look into seafoam as well. my local checkers carries seafoam...
  6. this guy is on a VIP forum that i go on... cant find any specs on his rims but i think they are 19's, its a 97 or 98 model q45 (y33 cima in japan). thats all i know... if you want i can aske the guy for ore info...
  7. oh yeah, ofcourse... im no autobody tech for nothing...
  8. hi, im fairly new to this forum... i was wondering if it is possible to install an aftermarket amp to the stock amp wiring. does anyone know what im trying to get at? i have a 94 ls400, and my subwoofer does the job, BUT could sound a bit better. i was on lexls.com and saw how to install a new subwoofer in stock location to the stock amp but apparently the stock amp can only handle about 40watts. im sure it is possible, but i guess my real question is what wires are what? ill run a fat gauge 12v wire from the battery, and ground. what wires on the stock amp harness is the remote wire, and i guess something equivalent to rca wires? thats pretty much all you'll need correct? all help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance...
  9. hey new to this forum... heres my part... devils body kit... and here it is on my car..
  10. no i havent, would a dirty screen cause a whining sound to go with thte engine rpm's? its more of a "turning" type sound with the engine rpm's. slows down when in drive, speeds up in neutral, slows down and slightly louder in reverse...
  11. first started thursday morning. i heard something out of the ordinary. a whining noise that kept up with the engine rpms. went through the motions and concidered it to be a water pump, pulleys, tensioner, etc... but the sound is strounger from inside the cabin, not too bad from the front of the car, you can hear it more at higher rpms, like at 3000rpm. asked my instructor to check it out real quick, he ruled out anything from the front of the engine (not water pump, tensioners, etc). i also noticed that you can hear it a bit more if you listen form under the car. my instructor said it might be the trans... checked all fluids and all seems to be okay... trans fluid doenst smell burnt or look discolored. he told me since we cant tell for sure what it could be, i have to let it take its course and wait for it to get louder, or for the next clue to come up... has anyone had this problem, or know of what it might be. i searched and most of your whining problems came back to be a water pump, tensioner, power steering pump/fluid, pulleys... i will try to flush and replace the trans filter/fluid and see if there is any metal shavings in the pan... thanks in advance..
  12. i got a set of power folding mirrors from ebay, it came with the mirrors, some plugs, door panel button, and a black box (mirror controller). i was able to wire up the mirror(up, down, side, side) but now i am lost trying to make it fold in. there are 7 total wires from each mirror, 3 are to angle the mirror and the remaing 4 are for folding (used a battery and played with the wire to make it fold. the black box has 11 wires coming out of it. the 3 wires from each mirror match in color with 4 wire on the black box. then from there i am lost. i think there is some other stuff missing... i was wondering if any of you guys have done this mod and got it to work fine... all help is greatly appreciated... thanks.
