This is a repost in the Audio Forum- I am looking for instructions or photos that outline how to install a V-1 radar detector. I would like to use a power source that is in the switches for lights, sunroof. Which wire should I tap? My plan is to mount the radar detector with the suction cups to the top of the windshield, close to the rearview mirror on the drivers side. I have a 2006 GS430. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I would like to integrate this into the car, but only if there is sufficient support for the product.
