  1. You could probable get one aftermarket, but then you run into airbag issues and other costs involved....
  2. take your money factor"interest rate for a lease" and multiply it by 24. This will give you a very close approx. for the interest rate. remember that in that payment will include taxes. All of it is not interest
  3. That is correct, when you go to register it they will charge you sales tax. If you have a home in oregon where there is no sales tax and register it there, then there is no sales tax. Then the issue comes to insurance fraud. You have to let the insurance company know where it will be garaged. Just pay the sales tax! The car depending on how you ordered it, shoudl be there within the 6mos mark at the latest...should only take a few months though, as long as you didn't order some strange combination.
  4. I have never heard of it, but should be covered under the factory warranty....Lexus is really awesome about covering these things under warranty
  5. I am assuming that you are talking about the Portland dealership being useless. I would call Tacoma. They have always done me very well with my Lexus. You are about two hours away, so ask for a loaner and plan for an entire day in seattle.
  6. Your dealer has to do what is called RDR I believe. They let Lexus know that the vehicle is sold. You will not be able to register it until they let corporate know.
  7. A junk yard is your best bet....or even try eBay!
  8. No matter what dealer you take your Lexus to, you can pull the entire service history of the vehicle. That is saying that the vehicle was serviced at Lexus.
  9. In 2004 you could get it without the third row seat....to retro a gx with the 3rd row option to get a cargo cover woudl cost about $5k
  10. Can someone please help me. I have a 2006 Lexus GX470 and I have taken the third row seat out and put it in the garage. I want to add a tannaeu cover, but the Lexus dealer told me that I would have to replace all of the interior panels on the vehicle. How do I get the cargo cover without having to rebuild the back interior?
  11. Lexus does not offer the option with the third row seat....please help me on this issue as well....
  12. Can someone please help me. I have a 2006 Lexus GX470 and I have taken the third row seat out and put it in the garage. I want to add a tannaeu cover, but the Lexus dealer told me that I would have to replace all of the interior panels on the vehicle. Is there any other way that I can get the cover for under $1500.
  13. Lexus does not recommend chroming the factory wheels on the RX400h due to the regenerative breaking. They believe that it can effect its system. You could go get some somewhere, but I would check to see if it voids your warranty first.
  14. I got my 2001 RX300 (CPO) with 38,750 miles for $23,900. Some minor blemishes here and there but overall a nice car. Runs great. I think I paid around 23k for my 2001 with navigation with 40k miles 6 mos ago
  15. I have a 2001 RX and it works you just have to go into the dvd menu verison buttod then go up down up down on the left hand side. the menu button is in the destination screen
