Car sat in the garage all week, went to drive yesterday and neither window will go up. I checked the fuses and all are good. Any ideas?

CEL is on (code 27), HEAVY steering, ABS light is on, will not shift out of park without using the override, AC blows cool/warm. All of this has happened after I took out the IAC and cleaned it. Before I cleaned it no ABS light, could shift out of park, and the steering was normal, BUT the trac light was on, code 27, same AC problem. Am I looking in the right direction at the IAC? I don't see how an o2 sensor (code 27) could be causing all these problems. ANY help would be appreciated

Traction light has been coming on recently, it will stay on then go out. Today I added brake fluid, it was on the min. line, started the car no lights. Then I hit the brakes hard and both the check engine & trac. lights came on. Anyone had this problem, or can point me what I should check next?

My wifes 95 SC400 stalls under hard braking, only happened 3 times, all within the last month. Seems to only happed under hard braking with the AC on. Anyone have the same problem? Did a search for "stalls" and got a few ideas where to look but no exact symptoms or definitive answers.
