  1. Think something is not right with your vehicle, if the right foot is not to blame. I switched from the UK RX400h to a UK GS450h and then switched back to an RX400h! ( I was not happy with the ride in the GS and the felt a bit cramped in there after the RX). In the two months that I run the GS, consumption avareged 30MPG in the GS after 1,000 miles. I normally average 28MPG in the RX400. On that basis, I would say your car needs a thorough check - try a different Dealer.
  2. Try these links.... (worked for me, athough I elected to leave the unit AND the ipod in the glove box so that I could get to the unit easily for software updaes etc) http://euro.lexusownersclub.com/forums/ind...ost&id=3890 http://www.clublexus.com/forums/printthrea...27901&pp=40 http://playlistmag.com/reviews/2006/06/sondlinqsli/index.php
  3. Its defintely different then, at 36, its not very loud, into the 40's it starts to get loud. I can't use the screen because that interupts me from looking at the cool diagram showing me where the power is coming from. You know the one with the arrows on it. I think thats the coolest feature of the car, my wife gets so annoyed when I look at that screen. Mine works fine even at 36 ! If you're not too far from your dealer, why not try the system in one of their other cars to check if their nav speaker produces a better sound. You might find that there is a problem with your speaker/system. I tested mine at 42 and the system muted the music enough to make the nav guidance perfectly audible at a volume of only 4. (Mine is a UK vehicle from Japan but I do not think that makes a difference). Hope you get it sorted out.
