  1. Lately my SC400 has some rough idle issues and it died once on me. I figured I would change the cap/rotor/clean throttle body/clean EGR Does this sound right? Can someone hook me up with a FSM or give me some pages to do some of this. Thanks!
  2. On the front of the engine I just see one plug. Normally, you have a coolant reserve and a radiator cap. I don't see a radiator cap but I what I think I see is the coolant reserve cap. I mean its pretty full but the light still is on. Does anyone know where the filler plug is? This is really starting to get annoying. Thanks for the help jizz30. So far I noticed it turns on and off on and off sorta like every 20 minutes etc. I don't think it is the thermostat because I'm not overheating. Any ideas? ← If I recall correctly, that light (if your engine has been replaced and everything) is the coolant reservoir sensor. It probably went bad. I remember reading about the topic a while back because I had the same light. I never bothered with it because my car never overheated. After I replaced the steering rack, the light disappeared. Weird hehe =) ← I would of thought the same thing because when I look at it the cap doesn't stay on and looks oily. I tried to take it off but my arm is in rehab since I broke my arm. Does it twist off or just pull it off? Do you have aim or an email? Thanks!
  3. Have you found the solution yet? I'm having the same problem.
  4. why don't you just bleed it the old fashion way? I find that being easier to me.

  6. This forum is really great but I can't seem to find my answer to my problem. I have a 1994 SC400 (just bought) and the engine was replaced due to overheating. Since the new engine has been replaced, I get the radiator light turning on but my car does not overheat. I didn't think it was a headgasket because my oil wasn't like chocolate milk like my 240sx with SR at one point. I can't seem to find a leak or anything. Any ideas??? Nghi Nguyen
