I have also purchased a Lexus RX350H in January 2024 and have not received my second key FOB.
I was never advised of this when I agreed to purchase the vehicle.
I told them I did not have all the money for the auto (Due to a money shortage) but I would send it to them as soon as it came in.
However, they would not agree to that. Is there some kind of double standard here?
There was no offer of compensation from the dealer for the hardships we face while waiting for the second FOB.
They need to get it right or get out!
