Completely agree, and I do the same. IMHO, there is no logical reason to take it to the Lexus dealership (except maybe for warranty work); unless you just like shelling out three times as much for the same work and parts. Was in Houston the other day and thought well I'll just take it by the Lexus place and have the oil changed. Mistake almost $70. Usually go to the toyota place. I dont need the car washed or a loaner. Sure they fiddle !art around with other things not needed to up the price. Lost a customer for that as far as I'm concerned now.

Would someone with a RX be pulling something that large to need all those accessories. I have put some items in the tray under the console. Better than having nothing there, make some use of it. Only question have so far, is when hit cruise the distance to empty goes off, and have had the memory seat, go to a different location when started back up

I brought one because wanted a smaller V6 lexus SUV. But if talking about the style I would have to say it lends more toward a woman. But i dont care. the dang thing is comfortable to drive, good mileage, easy to park. Than have a variety of vehicles a Vette for fun/speed, a focus to putter, a GMC to haul and the lexus for Trips But is your one of those off Road Bubba types you know a Tim Taylor grunter, LOL I would look at something else

Just picked one up a couple of days ago. Weathers been bad so havent had it out of the garage yet. Seems nicer then the RX350 08-09 loaner drove for awhile

Yeah Not going to add any of there extras. They already have some stuffing so to say in the price. Since a 2010 not showing actual stickers. So when go online and add the features. They are showing a higher MSRP per paper. Typical car deal. They are going to get you one way or another.

Getting ready to take delivery of a 2010 RX. They are trying to sell me an extended windshield warranty For 545 5 years. I think the car insurance covers the windshield but they say they wont replace it with a correct model. Has anyone had any experiences with this

Is there a way to have a choice when a call comes in on your Nav screen to select whether to answer it with the hands free or select to answer it with your blackberry Sometimes I dont want to talk on the car speaker especially if have other people in the car. Now if a call comes in automatic goes to the Nav screen, in a ford had with sync has a choice of hands free or select the phone itself to answer

If your talking about the Nav screen. Isnt that the truth, a real pain. My F250 is the same way. I'd just assume it go straight to radio if possible

The 05 here has 15,000 mile. mainly driven in the city so doesnt rack up many miles. But going to start running it more. On the interstate, cruise on will register 20. City 13-15

Know this post has been going along time. But i just get my gx back. So thinking of the sirius install again. How hard is it to remove all the trim panels to get the radio head unit out. Found the TSS-radio conversion. Looks simple except for getting all the panel parts off

its been awhile but thought there were some members here around the houston area that had taken there vehicles off roading. Had a bud ask me where they could go to do off roading.

Somewhere on one one of these clunk comments threads mention they did some thing to mine. Made a little better. Well yesterday was like nothing had be done, its back. I think worse than before. I sure wish Lexus has a two wheel drive version, the all wheel drive aint worth S*$#. Getting so dont like the vehicle and would not recommend it

Sure many will not agree with me but the GX does not look tough. The 4 Runner does. To make the GX tough would need a total revamp away from the Lexus look I dont have many men say much about the GX, but women do notice it In the F150 its another story, get comments from both sexes

Brought a new Ford Truck It came with Sirius and 6 months service period for $195. Well a couple of weeks later get a letter from sirius with an offer to extend this for another 3 years for $310. Well it was hell from here on out. First they claimed never heard of the offer. So wanted me to faxed it to the consumer service. At 3 different numbers. Next was i should have never gotten the offer. You are talking to the asian reps so we dont not communicate the same at all. They did finally acknowledge the offer and charged my card. BUT what they did was cancel the 6 month I paid for with the truck. So it was back on the phone. I finally got a rep over here after 6 calls, they ended up canceling the 3 years and reinstating the 6 month. Biggest darn mess. I did try to ask the young lady if this was added on to the 6 months and she said yes but the confirmation email showed different. So if you pay for a service with a vehicle and get one of these letter watch Sirius because will double bill you if not careful. I could have argued more but just wanted what paid for with truck and doubt will extend it. Nice feature but just dont find myself listerning to the radio that much anymore. Many probably dont catch the email and just assume it was added on till end of 3 years and find trying to bill ya for 6 months early. Posted here since many are wanting to intergrate sirius with the GX

Mine has a noise in the rear. More like a wind flopping noise. Asked the dealer and comment was there are some air release baffles in the back someplace. When cross air is hitting the vehicle just right it might affect these. Well I dont know but that is the story got

I have a 3 car garage. one single door and one double door. Keep my corvette in the single. Have the F150 and GX in the double section. I sorta angle both in slightly (one to the left and the other to the right). Think mine is larger than a standard 3 car, because have lots of room to get out. That slight angling sure helps and its a straight shot in too

Asked my dealer about another set up and they referred me to a independent shop that they used to upgrade radios in the past. I may check some other dealers and see if they like the comment above are retro fitting one

Can a audio shop install this or dealership. I dont really like messing with stuff like this. Maybe not the land cruiser unit but something similar

They wrote it up on the ticket as feeling been hit in the rear. So the TSB does acknowledge this
