Steve ES350

Last week I replaced the battery in my new (to me) 2013 RX350, used a jumper to not screw up all the settings. Then three days ago I used an OBD2 (carista) to check for ECU faults, and all was good. Disconnected it, and left the car parked. Today, upon driving it, the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. I'm hoping this is a quick series of off/on switches or similar... help please

I have the same issue in my 2013. Sounds like it's coming from the dteering column. Changed ball joints, lower control arms and tie rod ends. Maybe upper Strut bushings?Anyone find a solution?
