  1. Having been a mechanic for some 50+ years, it is always a good practice to chalkmark the locations of any moving part so as to put it back together the exact same way.. This was crucial in the older days when wheels were balanced ON the car. This type of balancing made it near impossible to rotate the wheels as the wheels were balanced on a certain axle side
  2. This is NOT the proper way to do the adjustment. Factory specs say differently.
  3. I recently purchased a used 2001 RX300 in near like-new condition and will never use the roof rack OEM crossbars. They appear to be in very good condition, black. $100 + any shipping - from Greenville, SC. Please call (text first as I do not pick up numbers I do not recognize) 330-224-5486 (we retired down here from Ohio! - go Bucks!) OR... email me at jlcampbell1@juno.com Jim C.
  4. My car has a multi-disc CD player in the glove box and it seems to work just fine on regular CD's. However, does anyone know whether or not it will play a CD that has been burned with .MP3 songs on it? Will the DC player read MP3 files and play them? My new Honda has a USB port which permits me to play a thumb drive full of MP3 songs. I miss that and thought that a CD full of MP3 tunes will work (hopefully) This seems to be the only problem (for me) this car has! scbuckeye
