  1. If you have a large wifi distance to cover it helps to use 2.4ghz as opposed to 5 ghz which had less range
  2. Near Smyrna Delaware the road was pretty well covered. Luckily it appeared the faint of heart stayed home. Pretty nice day to have new snow tires.
  3. I doubt that. The light comes on for one of two reasons. Parking brake on OR because there is a pressure loss in the system. Low pads are indicated by a squeal that is continuous until you apply the brakes. If it is a problem in the front you would already know. The back? Maybe not. Check the fluid level in your reservoirs. Check to make sure the parking brake is off all the way.
  4. My IS250 has done the same thing. When the car was restarted it was okay. Never did it again but I haven't driven the car much. I foresee into the future and all these electronics will be a terror for future owners of our new current cars.
  5. Wonderful that you found the problem. Tough job to change it yourself. Don't smoke on the job.
  6. Must agree. No treadmill but it's usually not too bad outside in VB. Of course here in Boston area, quite cold for walking. I'm heading back to VB tomorrow. I would have to say that I watch most of my TV in my garage. That big screen in the alar is what my wife watches when she is there.
  7. Also keep in mind that the vast majority of problems are electrical in nature, not fuel. Fuel issues are fairly uncommon so it is alway best to check electrical first. I do know that for whatever reason, the LS400's need a lot of electrical power which means a failing battery can cause weird things to happen. IN your case having things go bad so quickly should actually help. Plug it in and see what you see.
  8. Standing and walking are an excellent means to stay fit. I actually watch a lot of television standing. Everything about ADHD is not bad and those who have it do not get a fair rap. As Harvey Danger said "If you're bored Then you're boring
  9. Yup. Seeing people eating in grocery stores is not something I enjoy seeing. I'll quit with that before I say something I regret
  10. Luckily for those of us that park out, lazy people cram anything in as close as possible. They are usually easy to pick out in the store.
  11. Fuel pumps are strange things. Ive had them go from perfect to dead in a few minutes. I've also had them cause really poor starting in such that had to crank a long time. CELcame on in first case but not second.

  13. Not to worry there Scorpion, I drive Chevy truckin the winter which rewards me with about 14. Ahhh

  15. Driving irresponsibly in sport mode I was able to lower my fuel mileage to 19.7. Lowest ive been able to get. Not sure the best because with these low fuel prices, I am out to burn up as much as I can. Terrible I know but at least I'm honest
  16. I've been obsessed with cars since and early age. I like about anything to do with them. I also collect license plates but not in any particularly organized manner other than the inventory list embedded in my mind. Beer goes well with detailing and repair work. It's the sugar and chemical based drinks that cause problems. Beer is all natural and I like natural things.
  17. Count yourself as young. Sometimes the obvious is obscured
  18. $1.18? Can't be the oldest I'll repeat. 17 cents. And 9/10 cent.$0.179

  20. Of course there is a definite downside to lower fuel costs and that is a related increase in traffic. There are people who would rather pay more and have less traffic.
  21. Ahh 400. You do remember. Think the cheapest I paid was 17.9 in high school.
  22. I also leave it to professionals
  23. Well that seems the way it works. I suppose its really just another (and legitimate) way to gamble for high stakes.
  24. I bought a new Lexus last summer. Saw the enform thing. Never touched any of it. Kept the sirius after successful negotiations. Not really even sure what the enform does or works.
  25. ECU taking a dump? Was there any explanation as to how or why? Dealership answers like that translate to f&-:5()&@@))("?@. Pay $$$ to me
