  1. Question, are there lock nuts that need to be loosened first, adjust and then tighten lock nuts again?
  2. Thank you for the instructions to move the adjustment nut clockwise. Will try that first. Bill
  3. I replaced the two rear control sensors at my garage, since the air bags were holding air, but when driving in N, the air pump ran every few minutes. When I left the car in the garage, in H, the air stayed for days, even when driving in my driveway under 10 mph, it stayed in H, any faster it goes into N and the air pump goes into action. Now, after the gargage replaced the 2 Rear Height sensors, the car now bounces when hitting a bump and bottoms out in a pot hole. The garage did not adjust the vehicle height. the nut in the threaded area, I believe is the adjusting height. I want to first try to go Higher, which direction would I go to for higher? Also, the airpump is NOT pumping as often as it did before putting in the 2 new height sensors. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated. Closest Toyota/Lexus Dealers are over an hour away and I don't want to drive too far if things go south. Thank you, Bill
  4. thank you for the info . I just ordered the Exhaust Height Conrtol Solenoind valve along with the other two solenoinds
  5. Regardless, I'm going for the two rear height control sensors to be replaced. Will advise later.
  6. Question: my rear Height Control is running more and more over the past couple of years. When I put the senor on H and let it sit in the garage for 2 days or more, the air bags hold the pressure, but when I start the car and start to drive, in a minute or so the pump starts up and it ends up in N, and only lasts a minute or more and starts up again and again. So, could this be a height control sensor and not an air bag problem?
  7. Yep, I'm getting the same from my mechanic here in DE. Thank you, Bill.
  8. Thank you for your reply. I've read in other posts that it is o.k. to drive in 4WD High all the time. My mechanic says what you are saying, not a good idea. Bill
  9. Any input in leaving the 4 wheel drive in high all the time for local and freeway driving?
