I deliver in my car but I want to buy a Lexus. Any advice?

I’ve been looking around for a fairly priced used 2013 ES 350 or GS 350. My last car was an 05’ Cadillac STS and delivering for 3 years destroyed that poor car. It was a literal money pit and I’ve been steered towards Lexus by all the talk about reliability. Will a 2013-2014 model withstand being driven this much...and will the repairs cost me over half of the cars value or be semi-affordable compared to other luxury brands?
