Hello, Im am looking to purchase a 97 LX 450 with about 98k on the odometer. I noticed for my second test drive that there was a Whining noise from just a few MPH to about 45 then you would not hear it after that. The whine starts of slow then gets faster with speed. Owner suggest that it maybe a bad tire that was replaced due to a recent blow out. Any help to possible causes or known issues would help. Thanks In advance
