Oh my god. That has got to be the worst advice I have EVER heard. ← There is more than enough oil resting for this procedure. Turn the car on and off do not let it run. You get an extra 8-10 oz's of the old oil out. Don't be so shocked it occurs everytime you start your car. :P ← true b/c theres no oil after the ar has been sitting overnight

hey NC first you have to measure the rotors with a vernier calipher to see if they are still within specs if they arent yourgoing to need ne rotors b/c its kind of dangerous to ride on rotors that arent and any good shop should have a machine to turn rotors its just the amount of money that they want to charge you it shouldnt be that expensve if you take the rotors off yousel but you never know a machine shop would go the cheapest way to go i had 2 rotors turned up here for $11 ← Thanks Sha! I think I've just resigned myself to saving up for new rotors. Mine look horrible and I think they're actually the original rotors, 10 years old. So, I think I'm just going to nurse them along for a little while and then just replace them, and the pads. ← i saw some oem rotors on ebay for like $50 i was going to buy them but im saving for the cross drilled/slotted ones which are about $150

Offset is very important in determining if a set of rims will fit on a car. In addition to the width, this number helps to show how flushed to the fender the rim sits. This is not the definition of offset (but you can find that on the net ;)) but in the real world, the combination of those two numbers will determine how the rim sits in your fender well. The lower the number, the farther out the wheel moves towards the fender. For example, 20x8.5 +38 will be inside the fender while 20x8.5 +10 will sit outside the fender.
